Steps to get help from within PocketSmith
- Click the question mark icon in the top-right
- Choose Feed help if you have a problem with a feed, go to this guide for more details: Getting help for feed issues
Choose Other help if you have questions about anything else to do with PocketSmith and this will open the help overlay
Help overlay
When you click Other help, the help overlay will appear and provide options for getting help.
You can choose:
- Ask AI Assistant: Chat to an AI assistant with questions about PocketSmith, and it will provide instant answers based on information in the PocketSmith Learn Center.
- Learn Centre: Search the PocketSmith Learn Centre and read guides to help you with PocketSmith.
- Contact us: Ask questions to the PocketSmith team and get a personalised response via email, most likely within a couple of business days. The Contact us option can be found by scrolling to the bottom of the overlay from any page.
You can close the help overlay by clicking the X in the top right.
Steps to get help from the Learn Centre
You can always contact us for support by selecting the Contact us or Submit a feed issue links found at the bottom of each Learn Centre page.
How to get help via email
You can email us at help@pocketsmith.com. This is a great way to attach screenshots or files we might need to help with any support requests. Please email from the email address associated with your PocketSmith account.
